How many people are allowed in caravans?
No more than 4 people in a 2 bedroom caravan and 6 people in a 3 bedroom caravan.
Do you allow pets in your caravans?
We do not accept pets in any of our caravans.
Do you allow smoking in your caravans?
We do not allow smoking in any of our caravans.
Do you allow same sex groups in caravans?
We do not accept same sex groups of more than 2 in any of our caravans.
What is the minimum age of occupants that you accept.
The hirer must be over 25 years and be resident in the caravan. We do not accept groups of teenagers.
What time can we arrive at caravan and what time do we have to vacate?
Caravans can be occupied after 3pm and must be vacated promptly by 10am the day of departure. These times may vary at owners' discretion for weekend breaks and short stays. If the caravan is not vacated by specified time and we are unable to come in to clean an amount made be deducted from Security Deposit.
Is linen included in the hire price?
No, but this can be hired for a small charge and we will make up the beds for your arrival. For 2 week bookings, a clean set of linen can be hired but beds will not be made up for 2nd week.
Is Bashley club membership included in price?
No, but it is available for a small extra charge and if you require this we will send you an application form and addressed envelope for you to send directly to Bashley.
How and when do we have to pay for the caravan?
We require a £50 deposit immediately and the balance is due 8 weeks before holiday (if there are less than 8 weeks before start of holiday the full amount, plus a £50 security deposit will be due immediately. Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank made payable to 'Mr & Mrs Phillips' or bank transfer (details given upon application).
We often have short breaks available - mainly out-of-season. Please phone us if you would like any dates that are not listed on our Price and Availability page.
Do you supply any baby equipment?
We have travel cots, highchairs and bedguards which we can supply at no additional cost, but we only have a limited supply so these need to be asked for when you book caravan. We do not hire/supply bedding for travel cots.
Do the caravans have freeview, dvd player etc?
If you go to 'Our Caravans' page you will see full details of what we supply in our caravans.
All have plenty of heating or central heating which we put on ahead of your arrival during cold spells so you can be sure of a warm welcome.
