We will not accept bookings from unaccompanied teenagers or single sex groups. Couples and families only. The hirer must be over 21 and resident in the caravan for the duration of the holiday. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without explanation.
BOOKING: The booking form and Terms and Conditions (see below) should be fully completed and forwarded to us with a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked. The caravan will be reserved for 7 days from day of booking. The balance of holiday, together with a £50 Security Deposit is due no less than 8 weeks before start of holiday.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A £50 Security Deposit will be payable with final balance. This security deposit will be returned to you by cheque after caravan has been checked for any loss, damage, breakages or any extra cleaning required. The cheque will usually be returned to you within 7 days.
TEMPORARY CLUB MEMBERSHIP: Temporary Club Membership is optional, but is required to use any Bashley club facilities and without which you may be refused entry to Club. The membership is payable directly to Hoburne Bashley for a small charge. We will inform you of the amount when you book and send you an application form and addressed envelope for you to complete and send to Bashley with payment.
PETS AND SMOKING: Strictly no pets or smoking allowed in our caravans.
